Bianca Ionita

I was born in 1987, in Oltenita. I graduated from the "Nicolae Tonitza" High School of Fine Arts in 2006, and the master's degree at the National University of Arts in Bucharest in 2011. I share the accumulated experience through the creative activities I do with children. I organized several personal exhibitions such as "Find and Keep" which took place at Căminul Artei, "Anamorfoze" at Artyourself Gallery "Wanted", at the Romanian National Opera, I participated in numerous group exhibitions and creative camps such as "Ștefan Jager" from Jimbolia or "In electric field", at Conacul Otetelișanu from Benesti and several camps in Bulgaria in Arbanassi, Bozentshi and Malko Târnovo. I was part of the artistic group "Prisma" coordinating the project "Paradisul Terrestru" and of the group formed by contemporary artists from Romania: "Himerele". I created several series of works with urban themes "City lights", "Anamorphoses" and "Vitrine", and in the last six years I developed a project in which I study different species of plants. I am concerned with rendering the geometric structures of the forms in nature and their textures. I like to know and understand what is happening around me. I analyze how plants develop, how they change over time. I enjoy painting them because they have life and adapt to their surroundings, they are alive and dynamic. In my projects with an urban theme I conveyed the atmosphere of the city at night, when the blinding light of lighthouses and lanterns creates halos, metallic windshields in which nature is reflected, obtaining a hallucinatory effect, shop windows where products are displayed on plastic mannequins , the subway agglomeration where people are caught thinking, in natural positions, a place where they lose their identity and live collective experiences. In my compositions I create optical and kinetic effects.

Diana Braescu

"Endowed with a sanguine temperament reminiscent of Mediterranean personalities, Diana Braescu stands out for her genuine creative vitality and vibrant use of color in establishing dominant and harmonious chromatic tones. The summer sun imbues many of her compositions with an incandescent and lively quality, with the intensity of her brushstrokes contributing to this sense of thermal energy. This fervent dynamism gives her body of work a consistent suggestion of positivity, serving as a response to the real or imagined depressions caused by the physical and moral chaos in which we live. Through the "blood" of her joy for life, she peers into the depths of matter, and through her art, she tells us what she has seen..." Valentin Ciuca, "A century of beautiful arts in Moldova", published in 2009.

Alexandra Tataru

Alexandra Tătaru, born in Bucharest 1989, becomes the graduate of Liceul de Arte Carmen Sylva Ploiești in 2008. In 2011, she graduates with a Bachelor`s Degree, and in 2013 with a Master`s Degree from the National University of Arts Bucharest, in the field of Painting. Through the Erasmus Program she studies at the University of Arts and Sciences in Poznan, Poland 2010 to 2011. Starting with 2010 she exhibits in galleries such as: Victoria Art Center, The Museum of Arts Constanța, The Museum of Arts Cluj, „Alexandru Ștefulescu” Gorj County Museum, Mogoșoaia Palace, Parliament Palace, Sala Palatului, Cantacuzino Castel, Balassi Institute, K`arte Gallery, MORA Gallery, Kube Musette, Art Yourself Gallery, The Center of Visual Arts, IMBold Gallery, Ruse Gallery(BG). Alexandra Tătaru is fully aware of the fragmenting and very little knowledge she bestows on her role-models, and explores these elements throughout this artistic project where she tip-toes around the esthetic possibilities generated by intertwining the known with the unknown. The indirect and unilateral relationship that Alexandra builds is based on information obtainable for a large audience so is therefore misguided, misleading and requires further fictionalizing of the person`s character. The awareness of this fictionalizing becomes the leitmotif of the exhibition. Each work is a playful visual experiment, pushing its own limits, and constantly redefining the relationship between the artist and her role-models, that she hasn`t actually met.
